Why? There's nothing to release there. All we did was add aarch64-linux machines to our CI run.

You're right, unnecessary.

My GitHub Action failed with aarch64 https://github.com/haskell/hackage-server/actions/runs/12820996424/job/35751490624, then later succeeded. I assumed this was the fix: #221
