Switch to cdylib crate type #4
Description
If I understand correctly, the cdylib crate type is exactly what ring-ffi wants to be, at least as far as supporting scripting languages like Ruby and Python is concerned. See https://github.com/rust-lang/rfcs/blob/master/text/1510-rdylib.md and rust-lang/rust#33553
