RFF: Menu item: Pack and delete project

Summary

Add one third option to the OMT plugin's menu entries, under the Project menu:

• Pack and delete project

Current scenario

Very often the user goes through these steps:

1. The project package is in a folder, and I have to check something -> I unpack the project
2. After I do my verifications in the project, I pack again, overwriting the original package.
3. I open the project root folder from OmegaT.
4. I close the project in OmegaT.
5. I delete the project folder (so that only the package remains -- just to avoid confusion).

Suggested scenario

The option that I'm suggesting would group together steps from 2 to 5.

The new option "Pack and delete project" seems to work almost fine, but often the project folder is not deleted, even if it's empty or has empty folders.
