Weird text [ civil services Exam] in YouTube (android)

I have turned on content based filtering on YouTube. Following are the relevant filters.

This is the behaviour in YouTube. You can see some text near the left bottom corner of the videoframe.

I felt this is just bit weird! Im not sure if this is brave issue or youtube. But reporting just in case.

Unable to reproduce it now. The text has gone now. Not sure what was the problem.
