Feature request: support routing (Sveltekit/sv-router)

I would like to use Electrobun with Svelte and either Sveltekit with the static adapter or https://github.com/colinlienard/sv-router as a router.

Actually it works with SvelteKit too (at least with the static adapter), just need to copy _app as well:

    copy: {
      "dist/index.html": "views/mainview/index.html",
      "dist/_app": "views/mainview/_app",
    },

A template could be useful though.
