Further refine glyphs for Cyrillic Yat (Ѣ, ѣ, ᲇ, Ꙓ, ꙓ).

This is sort of a followup to #2954 .

This optimizes the stroke width and jut length for both lowercase and capital Yat — which is especially necessary for the iotified form (Ꙓ, ꙓ) — and lowers the crossbar (just a bit) for the lowercase in particular (ѣ, ꙓ) to be at exactly XH, in order to be flush with neighboring letters in actual normal running text.
The top of the middle stem of the "tall" form (ᲇ) is adjusted accordingly, using local asc : mix XH Ascender 2, following the method used by I Longa (ꟾ).
