Improve problem location information of kernel serializer error messages

Improve problem location data returned by `@jsii/kernel` in serialization errors. This should include all relevant information about the failing value.

In particular, for failures in the context of method calls, it should include the receiver type, method name, and parameter type. Similar provisions apply for callbacks.
