aws-load-balancer-controller v2.12.0 Release GitHub actions failed

I'd like to make use of aws-load-balancer-controller v.2.12.0(chart 1.12.0) in 1.32 version EKS cluster.
Even if b08f678 merged and v0.0.191 tag pushed, aws-load-balancer-controller v2.12.0 Release GitHub actions failed.
It looks like that the stable tag that I can use is v2.11.0(Chart 1.11.0).
Check and solve the issue please.

Chart is released. I'm working on debugging why the action is failing in Github.
