Clarify support of the failover2 plugin for AWS RDS Multi-AZ DB Clusters

Describe the issue

Could we make explicit here if the failover2 plugin supports Multi AZ DB Clusters?

And also give some advice about recommended usage of failover vs failover2.
If not using Multi AZ DB Clusters which one is more recommended to use with the last version=?

I would also make it explicit in the table here. Where it says it supports Aurora clusters I would put it doesn't support RDS Multi AZ if that's the case.

Hi @lujop,

Thank you for creating this ticket and suggesting some documentation improvements. The failover2 plugin does support multi-az clusters. I've just updated the docs with your recommendations. The failover2 is a newer version of the failover1 plugin and has some extra benefits compared to the failover1 plugin, so we suggest you use failover2 instead of failover1 for both Aurora and multi-az clusters.
