Describe the bug
Server error: Not authorized to call Chime SDK with Account Id while I'm using access key with IAM user who has "Admin" role

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up aws configure with access key using cli "aws configure"
2. Did the npm install
3. Did npm start
4. Create an meetingID with my chime account
5. Join the meeting ID from 0.0.0.0:900
6. Then error appeared

Expected behavior
Should be join the meeting since I can join the meetingID from https://app.chime.aws/ like a guest

I think this repo has outdated usage of the chime api
