Docs: clarify Zod version support in Parser page

What were you searching in the docs?

Zod recently made their v4 generally available, and customers who are consuming the Parser docs are getting confused about our version support.

Is this related to an existing documentation section?

How can we improve?

We should specify that we currently support only Zod v3, pending the decision on #3951.
