Fix outdated GitHub source URLs

Description of changes

This PR updates outdated references to the project’s GitHub repository from:

https://github.com/awslabs/cfn-lint

to the current and correct address:

https://github.com/aws-cloudformation/cfn-lint

Context

The awslabs URL currently leads to a 404. Most other references in the codebase already point to aws-cloudformation, which appears to be the official and current repository location.

Notes

• No functional changes were made.
• I didn’t open a separate issue since this is a minor fix.
