Description of changes:
This PR updates
AutoGluon-Benchto use the latestaws-cdk-libwhich fixed multiple bugs during deployment. There are some major changes in how the constructors are used for the resources, but we were able to get rid of several workarounds implemented in the previous releases (shm_sizeandtaggingupdates) and reduce the deployment time by 50%.Also includes some bug fixes.
