[BUG] Atuin desktop Linux contains an empty Window menu

Bug Description

On Manjaro Linux with Wayland KDE, atuin desktop 0.2.20 presents a Window menu, which, when triggered, expands an empty menu list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch atuin desktop
2. Click on 'Window'
3. Shows empty menu

Expected Behavior

A menu should have at least one item. If there is no item, then there is no need to provide the menu in the first place.

Actual Behavior

The menu is empty.

• OS: Manjaro Linux with Wayland KDE.
• Atuin Desktop Version: 0.2.20
• Atuin CLI Version: Irrelevant.
