Bug Description
Sync throught Atuin Hub is not working correctly. Runbooks created on one machine, do not sync with my other machine. Some folders created are visible, some are not. A newly created workspace is not showing up entirely
Steps to Reproduce
Create a Runbook in a workspace that is online. Sync.
Open Atuin Desktop on another machine. Sync.
Expected Behavior
Expected behavior is to have an exact mirror of runbooks, folders and online workspaces on all connected machines.

- Atuin CLI Version: atuin 18.15.2 ()
- Shell: zsh
