Fill gaps in the 3.2.7 release #215
Description
The Japanese and Simplified Chinese packages failed to upload to NuGet.org in the 3.2.7 release wave. Root cause is apparently new compliance rules that these packages violate.
Fix will be in TFS. None of the relevant translation files are in this repo.
