Any plans to support Chinese models?

The Whisper-Base-En model only supports English, And I see the Qualcomm Chinese model on huggingface(https://huggingface.co/qualcomm/Whisper-Base/tree/main). I would like to ask if there is a plan to support this model? Thanks a lot.
