Connection broken after few minutes

Having an issue with celluar/home provider. Tried to use many clients. In games/voicecalls via whatsapp connection breaks after few minutes causing disconnects in games and huge lag spikes in calls. Doesn't happen with hysteria1 though.
Could it be providers messing with hysteria2 packets?

for me too, connection broke for ~10 sec and UP again
