help request: mcp-bridge test failed to execute

Description

The mcp-bridge plugin test is currently failing in CI, and due to a lack of necessary error information, the cause cannot be determined. Therefore, to avoid blocking other PR merges, we are temporarily skipping this test. Our future plans are:

1. To find the cause and fix this test.

2. To consider using a separate job in CI to execute all tests built with Jest, instead of wrapping them with test-nginx, which will reduce the difficulty of troubleshooting errors.
