A monitoring system for disaster prevention in data center environments. The system collects information such as temperature, humidity and voltage of the environment where the data centar is operating. Based on this information, the system identifies situations of abnormality of the monitored quantities and notifies the equipment administrators. In extreme situations, o system also disconnects the equipment in order to avoid financial losses.
