Documentation improvement for config.ts

This is wrong and needs some updates. exclude, specs, maxInstances, shardTestFiles, count, seleniumAddress are not capabilities.

I referred to some of the old issues, questions in stackoverflow and documentation available in PerfectoMobile & Sauce Labs. shardTestFiles and maxInstances are capabilities.
