What is the current behavior?

  • Even in apps that are localized to another language, i.e. Spanish, the screen reader announces messages in English like
  • 'There are no matches available.'
  • 'There is 1 match available.'
  • etc.

Fixes #11789

What is the new behavior?

  • add 4 APIs for supporting localization of query result announcements
  • add docs for new APIs
