docs: Update docs with better styling for return value options.

Some of the current documentation for the options available in return values is not very easy to read. We should update the docs with a better visual display and add some functionality to more easily jump to the methods/properties that you want to see.

We are also proposing to add a FAB menu that allows you to jump to the relevant portions of each doc.

Here is some basic code to get started with the FAB.

Add the following to docs/config/template/ngdoc/api/object.template.html

Other tasks associated with this:

• Fix the FABs position using CSS so that it is always in the proper place.
• Change the (?) text inside the FAB to be a pretty jump/search icon.
• Add links to menu for Events and Properties if available.
• Add menu grouping so that they are easier to identify.
