Command "npm run build" does not generate @angular/cdk release

What is the expected behavior?

@angular/cdk will be generagted into releases.

What is the current behavior?

Only material folder is created. CDK folder is missing.

What are the steps to reproduce?

Just run npm run build

What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?

Which versions of Angular, Material, OS, TypeScript, browsers are affected?

Is there anything else we should know?
