Allow control over snackbar direction.

Can't control snackbar direction

What are the steps to reproduce?

Any snackbar with RTL text:

What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?

RTL sites with a snackabr.

Which versions of Angular, Material, OS, TypeScript, browsers are affected?

angular 4.0 material 2.0.3.beta

Is there anything else we should know?

Documentation does not tell about a method I should use, maybe this is a documentation issue rather than a missing implementation, not sure.
I'm sure there are workarounds, but I would like not to use them if possible.
