Bug in master on material2-builds

What is the expected behavior?

A raised button should be default-contrast

color: currentColor; was removed recently

What is the current behavior?

If an href it present, default link colors prevail (blue/red/purple text)

What are the steps to reproduce?

test <a href="http://www.google.com" md-raised-button>Raised Button</a> in master
