The CUDA extension was erroneously applied unconditionally. It should only apply when using the JetPack CUDA package sets. Fixes: d4efffc ("cuda: Introduce L4T cuda-extensions")
Notes: - Added additional calls to report_step so that step progress is accurate and reaches 100% - Added quotes around variables so that empty values don't trigger a warning
