Remove renovate.json — dependabot already covers Go modules, GitHub Actions, and Docker dependency updates. Running both creates duplicate PRs. Remove .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md — replaced by the YAML templates in .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ (bug_report.yml, feature_request.yml, security.yml).
The vulnerability ignores (GO-2022-0635, GO-2022-0646) were for aws-sdk-go v1 S3 Crypto SDK which was removed. No ignores remain, so the file is unnecessary.
