This pull request adds the following data files (so that students can practice reading in different types of data):
penguins-meta-data.csva vanilla csv file which has some info at the top and bottom of the file (students will have to skip some rows)penguins.tsva mostly tab separated file which also has two columns separated by a single whitespacepenguins2.csva csv2 format filepenguins.xlsxan excel file that has two sheets,penguins_rawandpenguins, each containing the datasets that map to the sheetnames.
