A new SpringCloudGateway v6 adapter was added to adapt to the SpringCloud 2025 version.

Describe how you did it
Add a new SpringCloudGateway v6 adapter. This adapter is quite similar to sentinel-spring-cloud-gateway-adapter and The difference is that this v6 adapter has made some adaptations for webflux 6.x. The usage is consistent with sentinel-spring-cloud-gateway-adapter, with the difference being that the maven dependency is different.

The build and test verification have been completed locally.
