The OFL license includes a clause to include a copy of the copyright notice and license text. > 2) Original or Modified Versions of the Font Software may be bundled, > redistributed and/or sold with any software, provided that each copy > contains the above copyright notice and this license. These can be > included either as stand-alone text files, human-readable headers or > in the appropriate machine-readable metadata fields within text or > binary files as long as those fields can be easily viewed by the user. formatters/svg/font_liberation_mono.go has the copyright and license in the headers, but that isn't included when it is compiled into a go binary. Being in the main COPYING file will help ensure the license is being followed. I used the reference text to adjust the wrapping for readability and updated the URL to match. https://openfontlicense.org/documents/OFL.txt
