Feature Request: Add the Brackets Shell version to the About Dialog

Per this discussion.

The current About dialog only shows the version of brackets, but not brackets-shell. I know these two projects are in sync during Sprint releases but dev versions sometimes get out of sync. It might be useful to have both version numbers in the About dialog.

Reviewed -- low priority @gruehle. We'd like to do a similar scheme as with the 'brackets' repo -- show not just the SHA, but also a monotonically-increasing "version number." A JSON file next to the executable (outside the symlink folder to brackets src) seems like one good way to do it.

While testing adobe/brackets-shell#564 this would helped me a bit (simply to realize if the shell I built was the correct one).
