No Openai models shown

No matter where I set the OPENAI_API_KEY the data will not be shown. A better inline config would be helpful.

Also the reliance on telescope is annoying, as lazyvim moved on to fzf-lua. Any chance to support it?

The same thing's happening with mine, super annoying - so sorry. Don't know what's going on but I'll take a look ASAP.

One question for you -- have you upgraded to nvim 0.11? The other plugin I maintain, Treewalker, broke in a huge way with 0.11, which changed a lot of functionality under the hood, lots of undocumented breaking changes. I can't help but wonder if the same is happening here.

Either way, I'll get it working at some point - thank you for the issue.
