Detect BepisLoader

Currently BepisLoader will not print anything to the log except for the very first line of the file which will look like:

ℹ️TIME_HERE (FPS: 0): [BepisLoader] BepInExResoniteShim loaded successfully.

(Replace TIME_HERE with the time)
