This may have to do with your Python version/machine, as suggested here. You can try install spacy from one of the wheels here.

If you successfully installed spacy-2.3.5, then remove the 'spacy==2.2.0', line from setup.py. Otherwise it tries to install spacy-2.2.0.

It looks like there's an error with wmd. Can you please try some of the recommendations from this thread?
Also edited the comments and am including the error messages here to keep this thread readable.

Thank you Alex for trying to help me. I took the latest Visual Studio (-17->-19): no effect. Then I made what was asked in 1) of this thread <src-d/wmd-relax#61> . The only thing it did was that all the warnings referring to ´static_cast´ disappeared from the error list. Points 2) and 3) seems to be problematic for me. Is my installation correct as there is no file named pyhthon.cc? And how about compiling SIMD? I'll continue trying to learn what should be done. Meanwhile, may I send you a couple of summaries (max 5) created by my algorithms for you to measure?
