Wrong credentials for environment proxy authentication lead to a loop

STR:

1. Tunnel the traffic to a test environment via a proxy that need authentication.
2. Use wrong credentials

Find an unresponsive test case. The reason is an infinite loop trying to authenticate forever without some kind of stopping criterium.
