Numbering of indented headings in Table of Contents blocks should be different from non idented headings

What problem does this address?

Using the "Ordered" option in new TOC block works fine if all headings are on the same level, say H2
But if mixed levels are used, the indented headings are using the same numbers like:
1. Heading A
1. Subheading A

That's bad for reading at all and catastrophic in accessibility terms and especially for screenreaders.

What is your proposed solution?

Use decimal numbering for subheadings like:
1.1
1.2
1.3
