v0.53.1 breaks usage of dedicated GPU on Linux

Current Behavior

Thank you for creating this amazing launcher.

This issue is related to #1141 v0.53.1 uses my Integrated GPU instead of Dedicated. Setting DRI_PRIME to 0 or 1 or even vendor_id:device_id doesn't help. v0.53.0 does not have this issue, and uses the right GPU without needing to add any environment variables. Both my CPU and GPU are AMD.

Expected Behavior

Dedicated GPU should be used.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enable the 'Assign Dedicated GPU' setting.
2. Launch an instance.
