"Constant Number" should be "Bounded Number"

First of all, I'm enjoying this mod a lot. Thank you for developing this mod.

Some Tricks requires "Constant Number" for an argument.
But, based on limitation, and the fact that you can change the value using wrapper, "Bounded Number" sounds more accurate than "Constant Number".
