This PR adds two gitignore files that improve working with this repository. They prevent git from showing changes in directories and to files that should not be committed.
One file is a commonly used gitignore for Unity projects, the source is in the file's header.
The other file ignores intermediate files and built binaries from the Steam Audio plugins.
