Vaccinator shield sprites are persisting after round end

This happened on a custom Arena map we were testing. Players who were being healed with the Vaccinator when the round ended were getting the icons stuck over their heads. I spotted it on multiple players, but the most egregious case was this one:

Who wasn't even on the right team. This persisted for several rounds; these screenshots were taken during two separate rounds. I asked in the chat, and two other people mentioned that they could see it too, so I think it's a server-side issue rather than a client one.

This has been an issue for a while now. It happens when a medic pops a Vaccinator resistance bubble on a teammate before the teams switch sides. It will stay on that player the whole game unless they change class don't know if changing loadouts does anything.
