ThirdPerson Starter Sample Problem in WebGL

In the PC web browser(Simulator Mobile), the starter sample's joystick is worked as well, but in my mobile browser, the joystick isn't worked as well. mobile browser webGL screen hardens and then refreshes.
My build is a webGL platform.
