PSDFR adjustment issue

The current model outputs are not sensitive to PSDFR changes, which is different from how the original AdDesign S was set up.

@furtman Sorry for not replying to this issue, we did consider things as we continued to make updates. I believe more recent updates to the PSDM model are consistent with the PSDFR changes like in AdDesisgnS.
