Work with TADA team to collaborate on plotting function enhancements

@ferribyh, opening this issue to remind us. If we have the time, I think it would be great to contribute to the TADA team's plotting function source code directly.

For some reason this is not showing up on the project board. Need to wait 24 hours and see if it's still not there. Might need to close and reopen as a new issue if that persists.

@ferribyh, this is still in the parking lot for now, correct? If possible, can you please give a brief description of any plans we talked about here with EPA? I'm not 100% sure where we're at on this.
