feat(alerting): Add RESULT_CONDITIONS placeholder to have more information on custom alerts.

Describe the feature request

Adding RESULT_CONDITIONS would help when sending custom alerts to know which of the conditions failed for it to be unhealthy.

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

It helps to integrate with custom alerting services that could not be added directly to Gatus and allowing and integration like information other alerting services like telegram, pushover etc.

Personally, I would prefer implementing unsupported alerting providers instead of relying too heavily on the custom alerting provider.

The formatting for the placeholder you're suggesting would also be problematic to implement, which makes me hesitant to support it.

I would also prefer to implement unsupported alerting providers but it wouldn’t cover all cases. I believe giving a choice for those cases should also have the same information available to other alerting options. Actually custom alerting does not provide Condition results. This pull request tries to solve that.

Why would it be problematic? at least you have a placeholder to have that information and you are free to modify it on the receiving side.

If another formatting is preferred i would make changes to support that, but the main point here it’s to have on all alerting providers the same information.

@TwiN let me know what can be improved here. At least think about giving more information on custom integrations. Not every system scan be covered and also, some systems can be blocked due to the rate limiting some have and i’m thinking of a queue implementation like on pushover to send messages one after another and not multiple calls at the same time
