What is free and not? Dashbaord page

Just started looking into to Tabby as a solution for a purely on-prem solution. After reading the documentation and running starter example, I find it hard to understand what is "the free open source" part and what is not.

For example. when activating the Tabby plugin (on VSCode) Im asked for an auth-token. The only way I found this token was to login to the "tabby dashboard page" (browser->localhost:8080)

This is apparently also where you connect your context providers...

BUT:
Here is also information about the 5 max users and subscription prices. In my case, I cant use a subscribed option.

My question(s):
1 Is this dashboard page not part of the open source-part? I can see a "website" in the source code, but I cant figure out what is in the subscription or not

2 Does this mean that user management, context providers and so on is only part of the subscriptions?
(and if so, where do I get the auth-token)
it says on this page that they are included (for 5 users) not clear if its part of the open source alternative

3 Where can I find clear information about what is the open source part and what is by subscription?
