Mapping failed: no output generated

I recorded multiple times using an iPhone 14 Pro Max, but running sai-cli process returns the following error:

This occurs for all recordings, and adjusting --fast or --key_frame_distance values does not make any difference.

Hey,

Could you try if our Python examples work with your data, e.g. python mapping_visu.py --dataFolder /path/to/recording

Or, if you can share a recording with us, I can take a quick look.

I tried the example, but after displaying Starting replay, nothing happens—though I do see some CPU activity.

Thank you for sharing the dataset! I was able to reproduce the issue and there indeed is a bug with iPhone RGB-D data with SDK version 1.38.

We will try to fix it for the next release, but for now you can install previous SDK version with pip install spectacularai[full]==1.37.0.

This issue should now be fixed with release 1.39.0: pip install spectacularai[full]==1.39.0
