Selecting a Partition filter from a 'Stream' persists the partition as an enforced filter.

Scenario

1. Setup a View over a topic with multiple partitions. Allow the View to consume all partitions.
2. Go to Stream and select Partition Filters => Toggle off one or more partitions.
   3 Click Connect

The View will now have an enforced partition filter persisted matching with your filtered partition.
