Description
The notes titles do not correspond to the note being edited when using an RTL language (or forcing RTL in Developer options). They seem to be in a reversed order.
Tapping on the note title is also reversed, i.e. tapping on the left note activates the note on the right.
When renaming the note, the correct title is shown in the dialog (not corresponding to the title in the pager). So the issue is purely with the notes pager.

Reproduced on the current git master branch.
It might be an issue with the RTL ViewPager used underneath, but since that one is deprecated, filing it here.
