How to use the Graphite Merge QueueAdd the label graphite-merge to this PR to add it to the merge queue. You must have a Graphite account in order to use the merge queue. Sign up using this link. Motivation
Closes #3421
Add documentation about how to hook up custom test reporters, which is the last missing piece of our add-on documentation.
I provided an example of a reporter with all of the events supported and tried to explain why the reporter is might be required depending on the test framework.
